I took a mini trip to Berlin this week and came across this memorial for the victims of the Pulse Massacre in Orlando. On my way to the Brandenburg Gate I practically stumbled upon these tokens of love and peace… placed in front of the United States Embassy. It took my breath away to see how many thoughtful, kind, empathetic people there are in the world. I have to remember those people when the darkness of the world tries to get me down.
