Snagged a seasonal summer gig as a zip line guide at Foxfire Mountain Adventures this summer. I am afraid of heights and had never zip lined before but I threw myself at this challenge and kicked it right int he nads. Unfortunately, it’s not the ideal job for someone with carpal tunnel like myself so after one season I have decided to retire. wha whaaa… It was a fantastic experience meeting people from all over the world, coaching them through their fears and watching them triumph. Co-workers have been become friends that I hope to see again as I travel around. All in all it has been a rad summer that I am thankful I had the opportunity to experience.
