The Guesthouse U Sup is in the heart of Old Town and one of the oldest pubs in Prague. It originally opened as a brewery and pub in 1431. We decided to indulge in some local favorites… marrow bone backed with thyme breadcrumbs, escargot au gratin in horseradish and herb butter a la Czech style, pork knuckle with ginger pickles and hot sauce, along with some local brewery beers… light and dark Staropramen.
